Pulaski County is a county located in the U.S. state of Illinois. As of 2000, the population was 7,348. Its county seat is Mound City.
History
Pulaski County was formed in 1843. It was named in honor of Kazimierz Pulaski who was killed at the Siege of Savannah in the Revolutionary War.
